Are chest medals permitted to be worn on the AFJROTC short sleeve blue shirt?

the medals that are being referenced are chest sized medals won from national awards and/or knockout, and the Short sleeve shirt is the AFJROTC short sleeve dress shirt.

    Medals are never allowed on the short sleeved shirt… only the associated ribbons are allowed.
