Sweat Stains Every Time I wear a short sleeve shirt?

Hi i recently started wearing short sleeve shirts and I have noticed that I always get sweat stains in the armpit area at least mid way through the school day. I’m 14 going on 15 and I wear red spice deodorant every day, and shower daily. I’m not overweight, and I’m wondering what a solution can be for this? Thanks

Keep up drinking the water. There are several reasons to sweat. Being young and active will also play a part. You might want to switch to a non-scented or light scented deodorant.

I have found that if you change your deodorant brand every now and then (every couple of seasons) it seems to be more effective. For me the deodorants that work best contain aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly. I’ve tried the Tom’s natural stuff, and the crystal mineral salt. They do ok for a regular, low activity day, but seem to loose strength if pushed.

Speedstick has a new deodorant out that may be helpful, shop around, you’ll find what works.
And see your dr. if your really concerned.

Drink lot’s of water to cool yourself and your body down. Also, a stronger deoderant might help. They have clinical strength stuff for men!
